Tribute

Last Thursday, a wonderful, happy, kind,
generous, and loving man became an
angel.
In 1966 Louis graduated from John Swett
High School. He obtained a degree in
Political Science but was then drafted
into the Army from 1969-1971 and
served in Vietnam.
He married Nancy on July 24, 1971, his
high school sweetheart. They have been
married 47 years.
He worked at C&H 42 years and retired in
2010 but continued to work with the
Supervisory Committee in his retirement.
He enjoyed chess, gambling, watching
sports, and was extremely dedicated to
his family.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy
Bortolussi, his sister, Flora McIntyre, his
brother John (Vicki) Bortolussi, his
daughter Gina Bortolussi, his son Brian
Bortolussi, his son Kevin (Danielle)
Bortolussi, his grandson Brian (Sierra)
Hall, his granddaughter Addison
Bortolussi, and his great-granddaughter
Marley Hall, along with numerous nieces,
nephews, family, and friends.
The Viewing/Rosary will be at Wilson &
Kratzer Mortuary on Thursday, Sept 13 at
4 pm in Crocket.
Mass service will be held at St. Rose of
Lima Church on Friday, Sept 14 at 1 pm
and graveside services will follow at St.
